This document sets out all the terms and rules that apply to using the ek4444 platform. By registering or continuing to use the site, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited. No account may be transferred, sold or assigned.
3.3 KYC Verification
In the interest of safe and transparent transactions, ek4444 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Identity verification may be required in the following situations:
- Before the first withdrawal
- When a transaction amount exceeds a specified limit
- When suspicious activity is detected on an account
- When an account is reactivated after a long period of inactivity

4.1 Deposit Terms
- You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Receiving funds from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are generally credited instantly; contact support if there is a delay.
- ek4444 does not charge any fee on deposits — however, your payment provider may apply charges.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
- The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the original deposit method.
- The right to hold withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions is reserved.
Bonuses and Promotions
ek4444 offers attractive bonuses and promotions for its users. Each offer operates under specific terms that should be read carefully before accepting.
Welcome Bonus Terms
New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳15,000.
- The bonus applies once only and to one account.
- Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be cashed out.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
- Only one bonus may be claimed per household, device or IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- The claim period for each bonus is stated specifically in the respective offer.
- If evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account will be terminated.
- ek4444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
5.2 VIP Program
The ek4444 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback and special benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week.
- Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week.
You can gradually move up to higher tiers based on regular participation and activity.
Fair Use and Prohibited Activities
ek4444 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Operating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
- Using software, bots, scripts or automated methods to gain a gaming advantage.

- Fraudulent collusion with other users.
- Opening an account using false or misleading information.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for unfair advantage.
6.2 Software Usage Terms

8.2 Market Activity
In the event of any dispute relating to betting markets or gaming outcomes, ek4444's final decision is binding. The right to void bets placed on the basis of odds or amounts displayed incorrectly due to an obvious technical error is reserved.

9.1 Self-Regulation Tools
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.

Account Closure & Termination
10.1 Closure by User
Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any pending balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided the wagering conditions have been met.

ek4444 may terminate an account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activities.
- Refusal or failure to complete KYC verification.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
- Compliance with regulatory or legal directives.
Amendments & Governing Law
11.1 Right to Amend Terms

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
11.2 Severability

11.3 Entire Agreement
